This Isn’t Traditional Supervision

Most supervision focuses on what you did.

This program focuses on:

  • How you think clinically

  • How you show up in the room

  • Increased self-awareness and confidence

  • Access to practical tools and resources you will use EVERY day as a clinician

Caring for the caregiver within the clinician

Choosing a clinical supervisor is an important decision. The experiences below reflect the growth, reflection, and transformation that can happen when there is a good fit.

Working with Tiffiny as my mentor for my internship courses has been a fundamental part of my education as a doctoral student. Tiffiny provided deep knowledge of systemic frameworks and culturally humble care that guided me in my objectives and deliverables. During the 9 months I spent working with her, I felt supported through structured and compassionate feedback that emphasized evidence-based practice and systemic approaches. Tiffiny provided a mentorship experience that introduced me to diverse perspectives that I have continued to apply in my practice as an LMFT beyond the internship. I would highly recommend Tiffiny as a mentor for doctor students. www.therapywithcuriosity.com
